The 2006 legislative season in Frankfort did not bring a lot of comfort for Kentucky history.
While the House was upbeat and saw proposals as positively as did the Concerned Members, the Senate saw fit to park any
issue relating to history that came its way.
The sole exception was the one issue from which the Concerned Members abstained - the public posting of the Ten Commandments.
